What does TheraMana mean?
Thera: [ther-ah] a greek root word meaning “to heal”, or, “to serve, as an attendant”.
Mana: [mah-nah] a Hawaiian word meaning “miraculous, divine energy or spiritual power”, or “life force”.
TheraMana exists to walk with you on your unique path to healing or finding balance. To be a witness to or to “serve as an attendant” to your body’s innate wisdom and power to heal itself.
What we do
TheraMana is a healing space, specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, deep tissue massage, and intuitive massage. to support you on your path to healing, finding balance, and ease.
We believe that your body has the innate wisdom to heal and move back into balance..
Through an intuitive appraoch, we will look at and beyond the surface, and together make a plan to help you on your journey.
We hold space for every individual and take into consideration each person’s needs.
Whether you are in chronic pain, looking to recovery more quickly, stressed out, and need a place of respite, or just want to unwind and reconnect with yourself, we’re here for you. It would be an honor to work with you!

I am so glad you’re here! What an honor it is to get to be a part of your healing journey! I couldn’t be more excited that you are on this path, and maybe, just maybe, I will get to witness some of the magic that will take place!
Through my own healing journey, I discovered the benefits of bodywork and decided to make this my career path!
I am trained and certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, and Swedish/Relaxation Massage.
My approach is intuitive, methodical, and always client-centered. You are the expert of your body, and I am here as a guide and witness to your body’s innate ability to heal. I love to partner with my clients, educate where I can, and together see what happens!

Each session I offer is carefully curated to your specific needs. We will make a plan together and go from there. I am intuitive in my approach, but I will always check in with you - YOU are the expert on your body. If you have any questions about a service, don’t hesitate to ask!

This bodywork session can be catered to your specific issue, tension, or pain level. This could include any or all of the following: Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Hot Stones, Swedish massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and/or Fascia Blasting. Each session is uniquely crafted based on your communication and needs and is delivered with intuition and care. Want something specific, just ask!

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle and rhythmic form of bodywork that aids in moving lymph through the body, relieving pressure, and enhancing the function of the immune system.
It is for anyone seeking overall wellness, to boost the immune response, faster recovery for athletes, and for those in need of a holistic approach for the following: chronic or acute pain and inflammation, swelling (edema), reducing cellulite, surgical procedure (past, recent or upcoming), injury, pregnancy (after 1st trimester), and many other issues that cause discomfort or lowers your body's natural immune response and heal itself.

This session is focused on calming your nervous system, and giving you a chance to be realigned and balanced.
Bodywork techniques used may look similar to other massages (may include any of the listed therapeutic massage techniques) but will be with the intention of allowing you to fully relax and come back into balance through gentle, slow and intuitive bodywork.
